At Riverside Villas we offer accommodation for -- people in three furnished bungalows and boat house which have ... spacious air-conditioned rooms with modern comfortable bathrooms. These bungalows have balconies and terraces with a view of the garden and the Bentota river. Every room is very safe and secure. Our guests have repeatedly praised us especially for the cleanliness of the rooms and other facilities.
They also have modern air-conditioning and well functioning fans. The windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets for your protection. |

| A large swimming pool is situated in the middle of the garden which slopes down to the Bentota river. A beautifully designed Pontoon Restaurant floats in the river. All day long you can watch birds like Brahmini Kites, Sea Eagles, Herons, Cormorants and King Fishers hunting for fishes. There are other exotic birds like Barbets, Wood Peckers, Asian Koels, Sun Birds, Babblers etc perching on the trees in the garden. In addition you can watch many species of colourful butterflies and dragonflies roaming around the garden. |

| Then we will call you to Breakfast. It is a pure joy to take a seat at the pavillion, open on all sides, and specially near the River terrace. There, you are offered fine and light Ayurvedic dishes, prepared with the delicious herbs and spices of Sri Lanka. All dishes are freshly prepared for each meal. |

| The buffet offers a changing selection with specialities of the country. In between meals you are treated to freshly squeezed fruit juices and herbal teas. As we wish to preseve the original ayurvedic approach, we serve neither meat or fish nor alcoholic beverages. There is no radio or television in the rooms. |
